What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is about 10-12 business days once the invoice and artwork have been approved. This does not include the transit time to the final destination. Some special orders may take longer. If you need a rush order, we can accommodate that as well for an additional fee. Some order times can vary on the availability of the garment.

What’s your minimum order?

Our standard printing minimum is 24 pieces per color in the design.

What are your forms of payment?

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Alternative forms of payment such as Paypal are also accepted.

What is the maximum amount of colors in a design?

We can print up to 6 colors on both light and dark garments.

Will you print on customer supplied garments?

Yes, we can print on customer supplied garments however we cannot guarantee any damages incurred due to the garments themselves and do not offer replacements on damaged supplied garments. If you are looking for a specific type of garment, please do not hesitate to ask if we have it available.
